銅鑼灣嘅永光中心有好多特色餐廳,而JK Kitchen就係其中一間,聽個名可能唔知原來係食越南菜嘅。餐廳環境舒適,牆身掛滿越南嘅風土畫,仲有部大電視,唔洗驚食食下覺得悶。侍應招呼周到又親切,黎依度食野有種家嘅感覺~首先叫咗廚師推介嘅JK炸拼($115),有春卷、牛油雞翼、魚餅、蔗蝦、薯仔絲蝦,每款2件。春卷皮薄餡靚,食得出落足好多材料黎包。蔗蝦係用蔗黎整條棒,蝦打得好實,爽口彈牙。薯仔絲蝦由香脆嘅薯仔絲包住大大舊蝦,外脆內軟。食越南野就一定要食湯檬或者撈檬,所以仲叫咗精選生熟牛肉湯檬($78)。生牛肉係薄肥牛,上菜嘅時候係見到紅紅地嘅,一浸落湯到就熟哂,可以睇得出係超薄。熟牛肉係厚身啲嘅。兩款牛肉都好重牛肉味,又軟又入味。最後送咗甜品大菜糕,上面淋咗花奶,而入面嘅蛋花好有紋理,係好有特色嘅大菜糕。而晚市每位顧客嘅首杯飲品係半價,我地就叫咗珍珠奶茶同青檸梳打。
