今日同朋友慶祝生日,特意約了間日本餐廳,可以幻想下大家去了日本旅行。一入餐廳便聞到好香的炭燒味。赤鯥魚活貝浜燒盛盒 | $1628活北寄貝加入了清酒煮,北寄貝剪成條狀,湯鮮甜帶些少酒味,湯內有昆布。活文蛤蜆肉大隻飽滿,鮮甜不帶海水味。一人有兩隻,好滿足。活帆立貝餐廳整成兩款口味,清酒及牛油,帆立貝一開四可與朋友品賞到不同的口味。清酒🍶顯出帆立貝的鮮甜,牛油燒味道較香濃,各有特色。赤鯥魚刺身加了$588 把龍蝦升級成北海道赤鯥魚,魚皮燒過,魚肉質地軟綿,有點似吞拿魚,有些魚油香味。配搭的酸汁可以自行加入蔥及蘿蔔蓉,不過酸汁太濃,把魚肉味覆蓋掉,還是加芥末好。味噌蟹甲羅燒(配多士)| 原隻$88加了鵪鶉蛋,味道調配得好香。多士比較韌,再脆點會更加正。白鱔 浜燒 | $148一客六塊的關西風燒白鱔,白鱔十分厚身,超級肥美。白鱔的皮燒得香脆,未食過這麼脆的。巨峰梳打 | $38椰子雪葩 | $68比較像雪糕,口感綿綿,椰子味濃。餐廳的燒烤爐在餐廳中間,冷氣開得很大去平衡溫度,環境比較凍。
