To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期夜晚同同事去左如心酒店 9/F Cafe Circle食 buffet 。先講講價錢，星期六﹑日，成人 $368，小童 $298，再加一。講下食物先，以成人 $368來講，食物種類都算幾好，質數係ok既，咁就唔好同金鐘個幾間 $500以上既比較，呢度都有三色刺身﹑煙三文魚﹑芝士焗蠔﹑炸蠔﹑炸大蝦﹑蒸帶子﹑仲有龍蝦伊麵，而且 refill 的速度非常快，甜品都有好多選擇，而且幾好味﹗雪糕係PPG，有 4個口味，咖啡﹑薄荷朱古力﹑士多啤梨﹑芒果乳酪。 可能係我早訂位，我地坐到 window seats，望青馬橋個邊，算唔錯，地方濶落，樓底高，唔會太嘈，三五知己傾計聚舊最好﹗其實餐廳裏面仲好多 window seats既位置，不過就大部份望返荃灣街景，下次都可以再黎食下。
