來到中環Soho的La Pampa,當然是吃阿根廷牛排 (Yes, Argentina is famous for its steaks)。招牌顏色鮮艷,阿根廷店主熱情友善,極富地道色彩。Restaurant Week的Tasting Menu更是性價比高。Bread (7.5/10):普通法包,但三款醬料和牛油蘸包一流。Onion Soup (6.5/10):缺乏洋蔥的清甜,和優質法國餐廳出品相差甚遠,下次不會點。Ham and Cheese Platter (7.5/10) :正常水準,起碼Parma Ham不是超市那種水平。Ribeye (8.75/10) 點了肉眼排,Medium rare。火候掌握很好,外層烤得微焦微脆,內裡肉質嫩滑無渣,不會過熟不會血淋淋,充分發揮肉眼排的油香肉香,同一價位應該對手不多。———————————————————————————⭕️總評:阿根廷傳統排房,其他菜式中規中矩,但牛排的確很不錯,同一價位幾乎無人能及。會翻食✅ 💵Budget: $500 pp (dinner)
