To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為約左朋友響尖沙咀拎D野,就順便放左半日假。見仲有時間,就打算去附近搵間食店,歇一歇,吃一吃。行勻成條阿士厘道,最後決定左揀旺記冰室。平日既下午茶時段,旺記都唔算少人,差唔多張張台都有食客。一個人揀左個靜靜的角落,就叫左個下午茶餐。佢既下午茶餐款式都唔少,有湯粉有三文治亦都有炸物。揀左個特濃蕃茄湯配午餐肉粒同多士。佢既蕃茄湯係絕對唔吝嗇茄膏,濃味又好味,如果一般坊間的蕃茄湯粉已經滿足唔倒你,你就絕對要試一試旺記。佢既午餐肉粒炸得香脆可口,蛋亦炒得幼滑,以茶餐廳黎講,水準係十分高。
