To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 估不到在元朗也有這種廚師發辦的日式餐廳,這天與朋友來了這裡吃個Lunch, 雖說是Lunch, 但味道也很好!只要$288,來個廚師發辦的Lunch, 偶爾豪一下都可以丫!前菜是水菜蕃茄沙律同帶子裙邊。帶子裙邊相對地比較普通,水菜蕃茄沙律用醋, 味道清新,作為前菜十分合適。三點刺身,分別有平鯖魚,赤蝦及凡立貝。赤蝦及凡立貝十分鮮味,這是廚師發辦的好處,將當天最鮮最好的給大家享用。十點壽司,分別有酢鯖魚,牡丹蝦,甜蝦,深海池魚,金線鯛,真鯛,赤身,拖羅(由上至下,左至右)和海膽及三文魚子。我最喜歡還是牡丹蝦,甜蝦及海膽。海膽十分鮮甜,是十分新鮮的。牡丹蝦及甜蝦也十分爽口鮮甜。還有的是日式定食必備之一:蒸蛋。這個蒸蛋恰到好處,剛剛熟,加上內𥚃海鮮的鮮味,為整個蒸蛋增加了層次。最後來的是麵豉湯與日本哈蜜瓜。哈蜜瓜極甜,味道一流!就是這樣,過了一個悠閒的Lunch Hour, 可以再出發工作了!

Other Info. : 真心估不到在元朗也有這種廚師發辦的日式料理,廚師發辦的好處是將當日最鮮的客人享用。住在屯門元朗的朋友,不妨來這裡試一下同區少有的廚師發辦,覺得晚餐太貴的話,好像我來個LUNCH也不錯!
