之前聽過銅鑼灣嘅劉一手好好食,所以好想試好耐,今日終於食到啦有成兩層高,成日都見到坐爆人,睇嚟間嘢唔簡單。呢度嘅鍋係凹入枱,打起邊爐上嚟就唔洗抬住隻手打,係舒服好多嘅~裝修以懷舊佢主題。地方都好大,位與位之間都唔會太近,私隱度都ok。一邊係皮蛋芫茜豆腐湯另一邊係雜菌蟲草花湯底。呢兩個湯底啲料好足,見到啲野菌多到睇唔到個鍋底就知。水餃就聽得多,燕餃真係第一次聽,餡料以豬肉為主,食落皮薄,餡多黑豚肉就帶爽口,起曬雪花紋,油脂比例啱啱好,因為切得較厚身,所以比較有咬口。脆肉腩,就將腩部分成兩段,大骨位亦都被掹曬出嚟,食落啖啖肉。貴妃蚌就真接喺水缸直接撈出嚟,所以新鮮度高冇咩沙。呢間劉一手,除咗有特色湯底之外,連嘢飲都特別過其他地方,我就叫咗杯椰汁沙冰,飲落好清甜,沙冰打到好幼雪一樣,食到成個人熱辣辣,飲返杯冰特飲炸一炸,成個人爽晒。
