To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日來左哩間係銅鑼灣糖街,叫斑蘭葉既印尼餐廳。平時都見到好多印尼姐姐來哩度食飯,今日終於來試下。我地叫左兩個招牌主菜,原條魚花膠湯粉皮同埋燒雞班蘭葉飯。先講個飯,面相已經好靚好特別,綠色既飯,加埋好香既燒雞。食落個味道都特別好食。個飯好香班蘭葉味同椰香,淨係食飯都好好食,仲有雞油味再加埋嫩滑既烤雞,令人食唔停口。鍾意食辣辣地既朋友仲可以點埋特製醬汁,辣辣地好惹味。鍾意食班蘭蛋糕既朋友一定要試下哩個飯!到女士至愛既花膠湯粉皮,花膠真材實料,超大舊仲好好味!啲粉皮都好滑,好似腸粉咁,但係就大條啲同厚啲。雖然粉皮冇咩味,但係個湯就好入味,應該係花膠雞湯,一樣咁滋潤!條魚乾煎煎都金黃食,好香口。啲肉仲要好易就可以拆到,又唔多骨。除左兩個主食,我地仲叫左一個小食拼盤同兩杯野飲。食拼盤可以試下印尼既小食,每款小食有兩至三舊,岩哂同朋友一齊share來食,其中最好食可以話係炸雞同茄子,無錯又係雞,而其他都不過不失。飲品係龍眼冰同芒果沙冰,兩杯都好大好凍同好解渴,最岩一路食炸雞烤雞一路飲!大滿足
