平時好日都唔入嚟沙田,原本都係諗住隨便食嘅,誰知有驚喜。嗰日路過沙田朋友話要食嘢。但係揸咗車,要搵地方泊位,一時三間唔知係邊度食到,上網搵到越南仔。鋪頭出面就有街拍,好方便。我哋幾個人,一開頭叫咗啲普通野,點知老闆好熱情,知道我哋好遠水路入嚟,特登介紹咗幾款fusion 菜式,又幾特別,小妹覺得完全值得推介。我個人首選就係呢個芝士燒蘑菇釀蠔,簡直係人間美味。大蘑菇加芝士燒平時都食得多,原來加埋生蠔海水鹹味,鮮味可以提升好多。我打算以後去朋友屋企燒烤,就用呢個食譜另值得一提嘅就係釀魷魚筒。唔知咩原因最近突然興食魷魚筒飯。之前試過日式燒魷魚筒,有試過泰式釀榴槤嘅魷魚筒飯,今次係 fusion 越式咖喱+粵式炒飯底,釀入魷魚桶,滋味更多層次。 值回票價。仲有個亮點就係 海膽春捲。越南春捲炸下,上面配一舊新鮮海膽,火槍燒一燒,鮮甜漏入甘脆,香嫩無比。個人覺得fusion得好, 老闆幾有唸頭。下次來沙田一定再來🌹

另值得一提嘅就係釀魷魚筒。唔知咩原因最近突然興食魷魚筒飯。之前試過日式燒魷魚筒,有試過泰式釀榴槤嘅魷魚筒飯,今次係 fusion 越式咖喱+粵式炒飯底,釀入魷魚桶,滋味更多層次。 值回票價。
