To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有聽過尖沙咀永年士多嘅人都應該知道總店係元朗係經歴三代人嘅車仔麵檔已經係第四次黎食平日午飯時間去雖然要排隊但好快就有得食點餐要跟住指定動作最緊要講左要咩麵先今次試左時菜流心蛋雞翼米粉個時菜菜芯好有誠意份量就只係同出面嗌碟油菜份量差少少推介佢個秘製雞翼、肉質嫩滑佢個湯底都好鮮甜至於流心蛋就一般般朋友點左豬腸同牛肚都好好味鐘意食辣嘅朋友一定要試佢嘅自家辣汁小辣已經覺得好夠味記得做好心理準備帶定紙巾另外一定要試佢紅豆冰奶茶一試難忘
