新手第一次寫食評,本來平時都係睇人寫既多,不過呢間新開既餐廳確實要讚下的!早幾晚無聊去左荃灣見到有間類似蘇豪區格局既餐廳,咪試試囉!一入去已經有侍應招呼,見入面都差不多坐爆,應該都唔會揀錯掛,咁一坐低就叫左兩杯佢地介紹既Mocktail飲,一杯係熱情果芒果味的,一杯係西柚菠蘿,兩杯野確實幾開胃,讚!之後同朋友各叫左豬鞍同鵝肝牛柳,可能人太多關係,等左大約30分鐘先黎,一黎到睇到兩款菜賣相唔錯,我就先試豬鞍,食落唔鞋,有汁,唔會一陣豬騷味,配埋萍果蓉更醒胃,而鵝肝牛柳就用炭烤爐做法,外脆內軟,5成熟做得剛好,而牛柳既亮點竟然係伴碟既焗蒜頭,成個蒜頭頂底切平,方便用义逐粒拮出黎食,將佢連牛柳一齊食份外香口,可能因為焗過關係,食完都冇蒜味,仲可以錫錫!而環境唔太嘈,拍拖或者三幾個老友一齊食飯飲下酒,呢間餐廳值得試試!
