🍜手打海苔竹簾烏冬($49)大麥烏冬($49)店員話呢款烏冬同大麥烏冬都係屬於 自家手打系列, 所以一日賣十幾份左右,我同🐻大人梗係唔執輸,即刻叫返兩碗果然係手打,面質屬於煙韌偏有咬口 ,隱隱食到少少海苔味,加埋個冷醬油,感覺清新健康,不過我同🐻大人都鐘意食“軟飯”😂所以烏冬對我地黎講就需要多少少牙力食至於大麥烏冬, 我諗應該係原味咁解,因為冇乜特別味道食到,係純粹食佢個口感,所以如果真係要試自家手打烏冬嘅話,我會推薦海苔烏冬多啲骨付雞($42)其實應該係七味粉焗雞髀🤣預要預先同店員講定,因為佢係即叫即焗,雞脾上檯熱辣辣,非常Juicy👍而且味道剛好,入味得黎唔會死咸,如果個皮焗得焦脆d就更YiChiBan喇!!.如果以街坊日式小店黎講,裝修同氣氛都幾似去左日本😍而且價錢合理,值得支持
