Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期放工,突然吾想迫港鐵,就行左去搭小巴歸家,路過糖街頭,餓餓地…見到間小店好細,得一條巷仔座位,但都甘多人食,就即管入去試下。叫左幾串雞肉沙爹,同店員推介既印尼凍咖啡試下。個雞肉串燒燒得剛剛好,好多肉汁,個沙爹汁好香,食落還有粒粒花生,相當吾錯,不過都幾辣,我叫了中辣度。至於個印尼凍咖啡,真心講…好飲過某間咖啡連鎖店,因為咖啡味好濃郁,入口好滑,香味回甘。我好少會食評,不過今次呢間,真係想同大家分享下,但如果地方較為大少少會更加好。原本想試下燒白鱔同安格斯,但無哂,下次會再來試下。
