今次同老婆有特別節日,想搵返啲特別嘅廚師發辦同老婆慶祝☺️呢間上環嘅餐廳好特別,用咗日西配搭做出不同款式🌟🌟🌟法國Kaviari Kristal魚子醬,半熟日本A5和牛大根沙律,做法將和牛包住沙律好似壽司咁再加上魚子醬係面頭一啖食落去好有層次感👍塩濽原隻蝦夷鮑魚配高湯涷:師傅會用切開一粒粒嘅做法可以食落去口感同味道都會比較分明😊三文魚子約克郡布丁(招牌約克郡布丁,三文魚子,明太子募期):我食落去感覺好似疏乎厘再加上三文魚子呢個做法好特別,我覺得好有新鮮感👍本枯節味来粟米吉士湯:呢個粟米湯配襯咗木魚會提升咗粟米湯嘅味道好飲燒A5日本和牛(自家生職牡類醬,時令日本蔬菜):今次呢個A5和牛唔同之前會比較厚身啲再加埋自制嘅醬料感覺好Juice季節の魚介签飯(舞茸,高湯醬油):冇諗過去食日本嘅廚師發辦會好似有煲仔飯食咁所以好欣賞呢度每一道菜色都好特別😊炙燒水牛芝士紅豆燒餅:雖然賣相冇乜特別食落去又真係好好味😋
