肉料理carving 係一間日式高級 fine dining 餐廳,比起傳統嘅 omakase 或者魚生刺身,呢度有一啲fusion 菜式,例如前菜係和牛,同時配搭魚子醬,非常香口有層次。鮑魚同帆立貝都好新鮮彈牙,非常開胃。而本身嘅大豆主題舖底望落更加吸引,望落更加高檔色香味俱全。阿根廷赤海蝦大大隻,食材本身高質,加上酸酸地嘅汁吊味,下面鋪咗水雲,即係一種藻類,令到口感更加豐富有層次😍上面有一條莖,啲紫色嘅花都食得架~三味牛舌顧名思義有三種調味,分別係wasabe,柚子燈籠椒同埋梅子蕃茄。山葵配刺身就食得多,襯牛舌真係第一次~辛辣嘅刺激感配住僅燒過半熟嘅嫩滑牛舌,刺激完再食返酸甜調味,非常有創意嘅一道料理~一夜乾三文魚約克布甸上面鋪滿鮭魚子,再灑上雪鹽調味,份外凸顯魚子嘅鮮味~布甸底令整道料理更多層次,一次過滿足晒三個驚喜!最後不得不提就係牛骨髓蛋飯同椰子牛,一隻牛只有少少牛骨髓,但係呢個位就係精華所在,非常甘香,用嚟送飯加少少蛋,令成個飯都充滿牛香。椰子牛除咗肉質鮮嫩牛味突出,仲有漬物五點,伴住幾款蔬菜吸油更加唔會覺得膩,非常貼心。總括而言,肉料理carving 每一道菜都用心製作,有一啲係創意料理,有一啲係食材高質,烹調技巧一流。以呢個價錢係港島食到fine dining 物有所值,推介大家工作辛苦想食餐好嘅不妨試試~ continue reading

人生第一次寫食評,因為真係太差,接受唔到!唔想見到其他人再中伏😮‍💨千幾蚊食嘅嘢唔應該係咁嘅質素…..三文魚籽鮑魚食唔到鮑魚蟹食唔到蟹d 食材味道唔好話突出,直情感受唔到貴價食材唔夾都架硬整埋一碟海膽牛舌 單獨食每一樣都唔錯,但包埋一齊真心融合唔到 互相遮蓋曬對方嘅味雞肝黑松露 冇黑松露味,雞肝得個咸味白子餃子得滿口油膩熟成午阿辣根卷 除左個魚皮煎得幾脆 唔錯 但成分嘢由頭咀嚼到尾都感受唔到味道唔講我仲以為自己又中covid 喪失味覺日本和牛壽喜燒陪夢王卵:全餐飯終於有一樣嘢可以用好食黎形容,當然並沒有任何特色感覺得到,任何人都可以買靚食材係屋企輕鬆複製到….大閘蟹白菌紫蘇花:勉強過到骨有飯焦幾脆口,蟹膏份量剛好夠,不過都係衰在調味,冇乜心思調製過每一道菜都係內心淌血甚至想舉報去消委會😮‍💨😮‍💨來自一個小薯美食愛好者真心話搵食艱難,個人覺得不要浪費你d錢係度 continue reading

本身見到啲評價覺得好似好吸引咁,但食完真係貨不對辦,嚴重懷疑係造馬咁嘅價錢比咁樣嘅質素講真覺得佢遲早會執首先,環境方面佢好落力想營造一個浪漫氣氛,但係環境迫,加上屋頂只係一個雨篷,所以其實完全做唔到,仲有少少夾硬嚟第二,食物方面,成千蚊一個人,比咁樣嘅質素,真係有啲過分,坦白基本上冇一樣係會有驚喜。所有食物都好唔夾個味,成個Menu比較正常嘅,其實得個壽喜燒牛,就連本身好期待嘅大閘蟹飯都令人失望,個甜品簡直不知所謂,茶記嘅西多士好食過佢一百倍。。。希望餐廳見到呢個post,可以認真考慮吓,係咪繼續用呢種經營方式欺騙消費者。食完係好飽,但係完全係谷住谷住,嬲到谷住谷住 continue reading
