炒肚尖,肚尖作斜切,很薄很爽,除酸菜味外還有著濃郁豆豉香,火候與原材料皆有驚喜,薑片切成薄片,香而不辛,燈籠椒清脆利落,雖然個人比較喜歡國金李師傅將肚尖切粒,如鴿鬆般的手工版作法,但以$64/半分來說,家常版的炒肚尖,處理認真也吃得滿意。
