To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身約左幾個客傾生意, 平時食西餐比較多, 想試下其他菜式, 一時諗吾到去邊食Lunch, 所以上網Search下上環區有咩食, 見到OpenRice有日本餐介紹, 見到有間浦和日本餐廳,一個Set大概一百元左右, 望落價錢尚算可以, 不妨一試. 電話預左12:45PM左右, 因為約左人傾野, 特別要求左一靜D既位置, 座低之後, 見周圍座滿晒人, 心諗好彩訂左位. 因近期日本幅射問題, 向侍應生資詢食品來源地, 得到既答覆系, 魚生食材都系來自北歐, 因此 我們放心去點魚生之類食物. 四個人點左4款不同既套餐, 分別有雜錦刺身拼盤, 銀雪魚餐, 牛仔骨餐, 鰻魚滑蛋餐, 海鮮拉麵餐, 因為大家都想試下里度不同既菜式, 於是大家Share食, 食物約10-15之後到, 幾樣食物食落口感和味道都吾錯, 食材新鮮, 其中三款值得推介系刺身拼盤(入面有牡丹蝦, 海膽,三文魚腩, 帶子, Toro, 吞拿魚, 樟紅魚), 銀雪魚和牛仔骨, 套餐入面有前菜, 湯和甜品, 份量適中, 令人滿意的一個午餐.
