To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間係元朗近排勁有人氣的壽司店,特別係海膽杯,連雜誌都有報導過,所以想係這裡吃飯一定要訂位同等待的LIST都吾短,喜歡吃omakase的我都忍不住訂了位這來試一試omakase !~當然在這裡食Omakase可以坐在吧枱前欣賞師傅製作每款料理,而即時可以放係面前,而且還可以和師傅談天,絕對賞心樂事也是我為何那麼喜歡吃omakase的原因。一般Omakase動輒都要過千元一位,這裏卻低至$600,另有$800,$1100及$1,300的4種選擇。雖然Omakase是由師傅發辦,但師傅都會問有什麼不可以吃之類問題,非常貼心。而品嘗Omakase有序,就是由前菜、蒸蛋、小食,壽司、味噌湯到甜品,而吃壽司時記得要由淡至濃,可以吃出每款的獨特味道。今次我吃中價的omakase匠$800:有13件壽司,1條手卷,魚湯,蒸蛋和甜品。大約食了1個半小時,而今次師傅是一位女師傅,比較特別和斯文的女師傅。這裡的壽司不是大件,但刺身和壽司的大小是剛剛好,醋味都非常適合和黏度很好,食得非常舒服。待應都不停倒茶和執碟都不錯,酒品係有不同選擇仲要放得非常清楚,而我的omakase也開始了……..薯仔沙律,沙哲:都

香䓤中拖羅手卷和出面有點不同,用圓筒形方式再加底一片紫菜,食落去吾會有飯,原來佢係原條都加了中拖羅在中間所以口口都可以好滿足地食到拖羅。

拖羅入口即溶,顏色十分粉嫩和外間壽司已不同,而且魚質軟身得黎有好濃拖羅味,油脂細膩油花平均分布,放入口即散發魚油甘香。

三文魚籽上桌已經覺得十分漂亮,每粒都肥嘟嘟,而食落吾會得魚腥味,已經十分出色。紫菜夠脆口而一口食落去滿滿三文魚籽香食完仲keep到味道係口腔。

海膽海膽味夠重而加上黑鹽,海膽顏色深黃色十分吸睛,第一次黑鹽竟然味道更加濃而香海膽,入口即溶的感覺十分好,而且好新鮮而吾會得個腥的感覺。

麵豉湯和蜜瓜甜品…麵豉湯有海帶加䓤,清但保留到麵豉湯的香味,蜜瓜可加威士忌或不加,因為可以提升味道,唯一不好是偏熟了。
