To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前午市食過一次,已經有左個深刻印象。今次再黎試下個晚市,都無令人失望。個蟹子沙律勁多蟹子,撈完都唔會出曬水👍🏻好食火灸司壽好香,火候岩岩好😋平時好少食焗生蠔,個人好驚好干。不過試左幾樣野食都唔差就決定叫個芝士焗生蠔試下,果然完全唔會話干真幾新甜,值得再食。不過我最欣賞都係刺身,尤其係牡丹蝦👍🏻👍🏻新鮮鮮甜,肉質爽甜,十分推介可惜今次黎無海膽,負責人話未反到貨,有少少失望。畢竟都係想食海膽而黎。但唔緊要啦,都值得再黎,為有下次再食。兩個人食3百幾蚊價錢都算好合理😊

平時好少食焗生蠔,個人好驚好干。不過試左幾樣野食都唔差就決定叫個芝士焗生蠔試下,果然完全唔會話干真幾新甜,值得再食。
