酒店餐廳不外乎西餐就是日本料理～不過發現帝苑裡頭卻藏着一間越南餐廳🇻🇳看來有點新意令人非常好奇！✨軟殼蟹鴛鴦芒果紅菜頭米紙卷✨越式手拆蟹肉咖喱配蒜蓉包兩款春季主廚推介都很不錯😋米紙卷加入芒果和紅菜頭好清新，軟殼蟹大大隻又啖啖肉，一口滿足！而蟹肉咖喱也相當惹味🦀蟹肉份量多，跟香脆的蒜蓉包是絕配呢🧡✨安南濱海配烤牛肉第一次吃安南濱海，原來有點像檬粉？壓成一餅餅的麵條再夾上烤牛肉一起吃，比想像中滋味😲✨香脆西貢春卷招牌小食，外皮炸得幾香脆，帶輕微油膩感～包住滿滿的蔬菜和肉碎餡料，可以單吃或以生菜包在一起，減低油膩感🫡✨蝦球炒金邊粉以熱鍋送上金邊粉，酸甜味適中，很對胃口😌 蝦球新鮮彈牙，不過吃到最底的麵條頗油膩呢～✨椰青牛油果沙冰超大椰青！🧉可惜牛油果味很弱，椰青味較突出，有點失望🙈

✨越式手拆蟹肉咖喱配蒜蓉包
兩款春季主廚推介都很不錯😋米紙卷加入芒果和紅菜頭好清新，軟殼蟹大大隻又啖啖肉，一口滿足！而蟹肉咖喱也相當惹味🦀蟹肉份量多，跟香脆的蒜蓉包是絕配呢🧡

✨安南濱海配烤牛肉
第一次吃安南濱海，原來有點像檬粉？壓成一餅餅的麵條再夾上烤牛肉一起吃，比想像中滋味😲

✨香脆西貢春卷
招牌小食，外皮炸得幾香脆，帶輕微油膩感～包住滿滿的蔬菜和肉碎餡料，可以單吃或以生菜包在一起，減低油膩感🫡

✨蝦球炒金邊粉
以熱鍋送上金邊粉，酸甜味適中，很對胃口😌 蝦球新鮮彈牙，不過吃到最底的麵條頗油膩呢～

✨椰青牛油果沙冰
超大椰青！🧉可惜牛油果味很弱，椰青味較突出，有點失望🙈
