To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於預早到, 所以完全不用等就可以入座, 而且意外地安排在窗邊! 原先說窗邊位每位消費至少500元, 可能大家都唔想食咁貴, 個個都唔訂, 結果就安排俾我哋! 環境非常好, 對到正個維多利亞港, 8點仲可以欣賞到甚麼詠香江! 服務都不錯，經常自動加茶加水，換碟！食物唔算平，不過幾有水準:頭盆-素鵝，涼瓜伴八爪魚，煎豚肉，炒芥蘭, 蔖荀雞脾菇, 填鴨，本來不錯的，可惜片鴨果位哥哥行動較慢，等到D薄餅凍咗，扣分, 龍蝦湯貴妃飯，雖然幾貴，但一定要試.甜品-合桃露，好重合桃味，但無甜味, 蛋白杏仁茶, 川貝墩津梨，中菜竟然有西式甜品-cheese cake, 又唔錯
