朋友從外國回港渡新年,想一試香港的美食,當然要帶他一試香港的放題。我地一開始就拎晒全部單出黎剔野食,有好多選擇,點菜單都有a~j咁多,我地張張紙都揀d黎食左第1 round先。而且仲有仲夏夜酒祭既特飲可以揀,有tequlia有fruit punch,我就揀左杯mint seven黎試試,淡就淡左d,不過黎開胃都唔錯。咁食放題梗係會叫刺身啦,唔食又點叫去過放題呢。三文魚(厚切夠肥)、松葉蟹腳(枱面一早準備定剪刀同鉗比你mok蟹殼,唔洗用牙咬既)、仲食左北寄貝、北海道帶子、仲有必點既蝦,呢度有兩種蝦,甜蝦+赤海蝦,個人偏好食赤海蝦,我覺得鮮味較重,但係兩種都係必點既野食。食左幾輪刺身梗係要食翻d甜品緩衝翻成個味蕾啦,又有芝士蛋糕、又有慕絲蛋糕、又食左個焦糖軟芝士蛋糕,有好多甜品可以選擇。
