Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港旅發局推出半價餐飲券, 我們幸運地都搶到大喜屋的半價餐飲券,為了不用食到趕頭趕命, 今次選擇了尖沙咀的極尚大喜屋中午三小時放題.12時10分到店, 當時連我們一枱在內只有4枱客, 全部是卡位, 中間座位冇人.由於不用趕時間, 今次叫咗平時唔會叫的沙律, 都幾開胃.大喜屋的日式放題已有幾年冇食過, 食物質數可以分為以下幾級.(一) 驚喜之選(a) 羊架我們很少食羊, 但為了要回本都叫咗一人一件羊架,估唔到呢兩件羊架燒得十分出色, 肉嫩而羊騷味不重,但為了去除那輕微的騷味, 我們用其他食品附上的檸檬揸汁加上去,當堂變得更好食!(b) 風味淋燒魚干真係出奇咁好食, 我們不是用來送酒都前後叫咗3碟來食.食落居然有食魷魚干的質感.(c) 中拖羅壽司及浦燒鰻魚串因為係開飯網見到有食客話中拖羅壽司的拖羅好似紙咁薄(係真嘅),所以佢將2塊中拖羅壽司的魚放在一舊壽司飯上, 再用赤貝魚生加上剩番的壽司飯來自製赤貝壽司.真係好主意, 我就一次過將4塊中拖羅合而為一,剩番的3舊壽司飯就用浦燒鰻魚串來自製鰻魚壽司, 正好中和咗浦燒鰻魚的肥膩,咁就又唔嘥嘢, 又食到口感好好食的中拖羅壽司及鰻魚壽司!(二) 普通好食(a) 海膽軍艦, 海膽係俾足嘅, 但係味道一般啦(b)芝麻雞翼及吉列蠔, 炸得唔錯, 無過火(c) 花膠雞煲及極品蝦蟹粥, 粥很熱(最讚!), 有中蝦1隻和細細隻的三點蟹件在內,蟹太細冇肉食, 一咬得成口売, 但味道係ok. 至於花膠雞煲, 竟然係啲素翅配上雞湯幾好食.(三)難食魚生拼盤, 排得幾靚仔, 但係帶子係粒, 赤貝好細片, 而蟹腳除咗一條粗身(仲要分做3段), 其他又幼又冇肉,我叫咗8件, 實際來了兩條腳啩, 雖然理論上係可以重覆叫,但魚生質素麻麻, 食落有淡淡腥味, 都係一盤就夠.題外話: 食物大都來齊, 除了西京燒比目魚, 第1次叫咗2份冇來, 驚漏單, 後來再補叫1份, 到食雪糕和雪條時都諗住冇啦, 點知就突然送上枱, 真係唔知算係驚喜定係驚嚇! continue reading

大喜屋開咗咁多年,第一次食尖沙咀分店,總括嚟講食物水準都keep到既。今次同朋友食飯掛住傾偈,唔算影得多相,分享吓一啲覺得好食嘅食物:我哋都叫咗幾多壽司😂Encore最多係海膽軍艦,同埋左口魚裙邊壽司,質素都OK,放題黎講粒飯唔算好大粒。吞拿魚壽司刺身我哋叫咗兩轉,都幾新鮮。芝麻雞翼好食👍🏻外皮炸到好脆,雞肉仲好嫩滑。極長既穴子壽司,不過我覺得麻麻地,個人鍾意食鰻魚多啲,比較肥美。另外叫咗個酸菜魚煲,都幾好食,唔算好辣。係一啲要慶祝嘅日子想食放題,呢度係都算係一個好選擇,話晒都係連鎖店,未至於好好食但係水準都可以嘅。 continue reading

可以1:30先食午餐呢度係你最好嘅選擇所有原價嘅午餐半價份量可以帶到差唔多兩個人都夠飽我就叫咗鰻魚飯,同三式手卷仲有沙律甜品嘢飲湯。有西瓜同橙。樽裝飲品一支食材唔可以話100分,但係性價比真係100分。三色手卷有海膽三文魚同埋赤蝦,充足魚生都好新鮮。雖然價錢咁平但係服務都唔差平時我都有食開我都唔知佢$50點賺錢😅今次我用咗OpenRice coupon ,咁係$25食個午餐。如果你哋一至五放假去開尖沙咀真係要來呢度食午餐可以坐到三點。 continue reading
