公司每月都攪生日會,如果當月有同事生日,就由公司支付生日會費用,由生日同事選擇食乜,如果人多生日就由年紀最大的話事,同事們大多喜歡去尖沙咀極尚大喜屋日本料理,個個都讚極尚招呼週到,連飲品也不需客人自取,而且食品高質,味道不錯。所以今晚的生日會在極尚舉行。我們又有口福了!每次食放題最期待的就是刺身,一上檯,大家見到甘新鮮的刺身,都食過不停,甜蝦、北海道帶子鮮甜,鮮赤貝爽口、三文魚厚切,魚油豐富。多款壽司中我比較喜歡火炙的,例如帝皇蟹棒黃金燒、牛油燒帆立貝等,用火燒過會提升食物的香味,味道更濃。北海燒帆立貝,將沙律醬等放在帆立貝上燒焗至金黃色,帆立貝鮮味,也有沙律醬的甜味,不錯。極上咖哩炒蟹,出面食尼味蟹係好貴,現在任食,真係好底,咖哩味調得非常好味又夠香,少少辣,蟹又鮮味,真的要食多幾轉!多款燒物都好味,尤其蒲燒鰻魚串,燒鰻魚加上燒汁,十分惹味。鹽燒青春花魚燒得香口,肉質細嫩。天婦羅炸得香脆,粉漿不太厚,蝦爽口,番薯仔香甜。炸物我喜歡芝麻雞翼,皮脆肉嫩,加上芝麻更香口,還有紫心香芋丸。雙重口感,外脆內軟。瑤柱花甲粥,粥底夠綿,用小粒瑤柱煲,再加上花甲,味道十分鮮甜。最後食甜品,除了點餐紙上的多款甜點外,另外還有每位客人限量一杯的名貴雪糕,幾款口味中,我選了朱古力味。 continue reading

一個人響尖沙咀晏晝搵嘢食,一直諗唔到食咩好,直到經過愛賓大廈,見到極尚大喜屋嘅宣傳招牌,又見到唔使等位,就入咗去食。極尚大喜屋幾適合一個人都想食放題嘅食客,因為完全唔使出去拎飲品或者甜品, 雪糕嗰啲,一概透過點餐紙落單,侍應拎嚟,唔使擔心行開行埋,啲嘢食畀人收咗 ,或者個袋唔知拎唔拎埋好。食物嘅款式都幾多,有海鮮、刺身、壽司、燒物、炸物、沙律等等。飲品方面,雖然午市冇特飲提供,但都有罐裝汽水、果汁、茶、啤酒、清酒、梅酒等等。睇下今日食咗啲咩先:叫咗幾款壽司,特色嘅係極壽司同埋尚壽司,仲有親子花之戀、明太子車海老、龍蝦膏帶子甜蝦,全部都係細細件,唔夠嘅可以再叫,避免浪費。整體嚟講,材料都係幾鮮甜,賣相亦精緻,不過由於侍應冇介紹到,所以分唔到邊件係極壽司同埋尚壽司😂反正都係放題,一試無妨,可能有驚喜呢。牛油雞髀菇,有兩大片,牛油香唔係特別濃,菇嘅香味吸引啲。鹽燒海蝦一口氣嚟咗兩隻,但明明只係寫咗一隻😂不過燒得幾香脆,海鹽嘅份量又啱啱好,唔會太鹹,亦都唔會冇味,加啲檸汁零舍醒神,咁當然唔好客氣,食曬佢啦!繼續睇下啲熱氣嘢。北海道脆皮奶選用北海道3.6 牛奶製造,非常香甜,新鮮炸起,十分鬆脆。天婦羅蝦同埋有機茄子天婦羅都係即叫即炸,而做得幾好嘅係唔會特別多油,食落去冇咁大罪疚感。食完油炸嘢,食返沙律,清一清啲滯膩感。先係蟹肉胡麻豆腐,蟹肉分量好多,冇話慳住慳住;胡麻醬嘅份量都好夠,幫豆腐調味。另外有一款係沖繩海葡萄沙律,第一次食沖繩海葡萄,脆卜卜幾得意,下邊擺了好多蔬菜。極尚咖哩炒蟹,一人份量大概半隻。侍應非常細心,拎隻蟹過嚟嘅時候,拎埋個蟹鉗,可以容易啲剝開蟹殼。咖哩汁微微嘅辣,食起嚟既滋味又醒神。蟹肉稍為稔咗少少。北海道燒帆立貝,醬料落咗芝士,稍為偏鹹。甜品揀咗三款: 3.6牛奶布甸、焦糖日式軟芝士蛋糕、海鹽焦糖慕絲蛋糕,全部都係bite size ,當中最吸引係海鹽焦糖慕斯蛋糕,有甜有鹹,兩者混合,相當有趣。甜品嚟講,最重本嘅應該係每個食客只限一杯嘅haagen-dazs或者movenpick雪糕。Haagen daz雪糕有芒果紅桑子、比利時朱古力、焦糖脆餅或者季節限定嘅味道,今次係桃味。movenpick嘅就有雲呢拿或者士多啤梨味。揀咗haagen-dazs嘅比利時朱古力,入邊有一塊塊嘅朱古力片,為軟滑嘅雪糕添上更加豐富嘅口感層次。午市成人放題收費 248蚊,加埋一之後,總額$272。 continue reading

幾天前跟朋友三人約在尖沙咀極尚大喜屋吃放題我們訂了5:30的座位,但早10分鐘到達時已見一條人龍在門外等候入座安排。果然十分受歡迎! 稍等一會兒,我們已獲安排入内。餐廳環境寬敞,座位很舒適。炸天婦羅, 剛剛炸起 ,再加一點蘿蔔蓉,好味。我們點了一個特别炸物,是炸貓山王!!! 喜歡吃榴槤的一定要叫, 好香榴槤味,脆脆外皮,包著榴槤,一口吃來滿是香味。好食我們還點了海膽軍艦,櫻花鱿魚,海膽新鮮,唔會有腥味,好正。 推薦大家點多次海膽軍艦。辣酒煮花螺,辣味十足有8~9隻花螺,分量少少地, 可以試試味黎又唔會飽左仲有羊架💗 油脂肉比例剛剛好, 好香好好食牛舌就有點硬身, 希望下次食時更好 芝士焗扇貝 超正, 焗到芝士剛剛燶燶地邊, 想食多幾隻 最後仲有飲品 點返一杯特飲邊飲邊食佢晚餐有三個時段 我地5:30到 所以時最早時段 價錢上都會平少少 如果大家去食的話 我都推薦大家早少少食 5:30~~~ continue reading

今次一行5人去食,當中有長者有小朋友。我地被安排門口第二張枱坐。因為加枱關係,枱角特出了,但員工相當細心,用隻手遮住枱角比長者給小朋友坐下後才返回自己崗位。我地坐下後,就立即點菜,因放題關係又加上同一時間有其他枱的order,變左起菜時有點慢,(但絕對可以理解,客人多點餐又多,但值得欣賞,就是無論入幾多單都唔會拖單又唔須要追單)及食得好急(因只得2小時食)。整體所有食物(無論刺身,壽司,炸物,熱盤)超新鮮,好味。我特別鐘意各食物的份量,細細份,唔較再叫。這點好重要,又唔駛做大嘥鬼同時又可以食多d唔同口味的食物, 超like。雖然,各員工都不停忙著送餐,但他們絕對無忘記幫客人收起碗碟,垃圾,倒骨筒的次數都好頻密。呢間餐廳,真的不得了,無論食物質素,食物新鮮程度,款式,服務,都只得一個字,就係正。唯一不足是洗手間我地下好滑,容易滑到。 continue reading
