心血來潮想食北京片皮鴨,便試吓開咗好多年的上海菜館—霸王山莊,重拾正宗的上海口味😍😘第一道菜就是花雕醉雞,本身選用了雞髀的位置,所以肉質鮮嫩,口感十足,軟軟淋淋,加上花雕酒味濃郁,好味😙接著就是黃金蝦球和紅油抽手,鹹蛋黃的菜式,怎樣也好味(個人喜好😂),加上新鮮大蝦,蛋黃又香香脆脆,而抽手則皮夠薄,晶凝通透,加埋微微辣椒醬,開胃😊之後就是必食的蜜汁火方餅夾響鈴,鹹鹹脆脆。😘到重頭戲北京烤鴨,皮脆脆,肉有少少厚,食一兩舊就好飽了😊
