Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放假就緊係做下孝順女同阿媽去飲茶架啦身先士卒黎到排隊打下機、聽下歌咁就排完入到去坐底阿媽先黎到好彩無俾出面個阿姐發現者(大家千祈唔好學我呀,佢出邊寫明要人齊先入得去架)一黎就緊係叫番個招牌酥皮叉燒包啦跟住食個馬拉糕,叫多盎鳳爪排骨飯添阿媽話好耐無食過粉果喎,就叫碟粉果食下啦等左三、四分鐘到啦馬拉糕就黎啦(點解硬係甜野上先既呢?)夠鬆軟,唔太甜,岩哂阿媽食跟住盎鳳爪排骨飯都黎啦啲飯多水得濟,得一舊鳳爪粉果係我地食飯食到半路個陣上枱要叫佢先有辣椒油啲餡真係夠哂多啲皮又薄,但係又未去到一夾就散既地步最後黎既係酥皮叉燒包平時阿媽都係食一個,今次唔夠喉要食多半個

Other Info. : 人太懶,食左咁多餐先一次過Update番哂 四月六號呢餐同四月七號個餐真係差得遠 有對比之下真係好易睇到個分別 價錢方面更加唔駛講 呢到叫少一個餸但係平成一半 話就話酒樓有得揀飲咩茶 但係唔加水既飲咩都死 睇得出點解愈黎愈多點心專門店、而酒樓息微既原因!
