To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年係我同我老婆三年結婚周年雖然有小朋友但仲好懷念同老婆二人世界嘅感覺所以今次撇甩啲小朋友同老婆去食餐好嘅🤫話明結婚周年紀念我選擇左一間好優質嘅廚師發板日本料理👍🏻👍🏻一去到就有人介紹今日負責我哋嘅威師傅相當細心☺️廚師首先俾我哋食係宮崎縣太陽之子芒果配Parma ham配搭相當好食芒果係超甜多汁🤤第二道菜右口魚配鹽板特別在有一塊鹽版左口魚刷兩下再食落口冇得頂👏🏻白梅貝師傅將佢雕花再原汁原味俾我哋食真細心😊,柚子汁配北海道赤貝酸甜甘香津津有味😋呢個特別紫菜包燒帆立貝有助消化新潮咗一跳😅,鯖魚加白板昆布放係面會有種層次感嘅食法👏🏻新鮮銀雪魚有一片燒過,先食生個片先🤫🤫燒香魚,一夜干,配香草汁酸美美非常開胃🙊石垣貝,今年七月先有今次非常幸運☺️平時五六月唔係成日有得食....平鯖魚,季節性,鰈魚旗,還有幾款頂級新鮮嘅壽司真係飽到講唔完🥴最後仲有中華手工拉麵,抹茶奶蓋自家製(你話點樣唔值回票價啊🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻)
