來自北海道札幌的拉麵,主打蝦湯底及豚骨湯拉麵。該品牌創立於2009年由Naoki Hayashi創立,並於2018年在香港灣仔設立第一間分店,現時香港有六間分。 一幻拉麵湯頭主要是蝦頭高湯(60斤蝦頭熬煮3小時)、蝦頭煉成的蝦油、蒜蓉、背脂,再加入調味料:鹽味/醬油/味噌/辛辣味噌(香港限定/藩茄(香港限定)。 湯拉麵完成前均會因應需要加入蔥及粉紅色麵酥,唔講唔知麵酥係紅薑及蝦粉(蝦頭)製成。 另外餐桌設有蒜蓉、拉麵胡椒粉及七味粉,供顧客因應需要已加入。 蝦湯拉麵(味噌):蝦湯入味,拉麵掛湯,叉燒肥瘦均衡柔軟滑口。 辛辣味噌蝦湯拉麵(香港限定):辛辣味與蝦湯都算幾夾🤔,但辣味略為不足,個人再加左拉麵胡椒及七味粉。 特濃蝦汁叉燒拌麵(香港限定):拌麵指定為粗麵,叉燒則會選用角的五花肉,以蝦油、麵酥、蔥、紫菜絲、叉燒攪拌。味道有蝦味,同埋無加入背脂,整體無咁油口感較為清爽。但個人較喜熱辣辣的湯拉麵。
