To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 長假期結束前的最後一天,雖然天色欠佳,稍為有點掃興,仍然在這個居高臨下,可以坐擁維港海景的地方,一邊俯覽玻璃窗外的美麗景色,一邊享受一頓豐富的午餐,好準備心情,迎接前面的挑戰。店子地方闊落,樓底極高,感覺舒服。特別是我雖然沒有預訂座位,但因為自己在午飯時間將盡的時候才闖進來,所以竟能被安排到靠窗的位置,盡覽維港兩岸的景致,不遠處的半島酒店上停泊的直升機清晰可見,更是賞心悅意。吃的是最為抵食,原價 $600,特價 $350的兩位用午市套餐。「黑松露野菌餃」與「潮州蒸粉果」一籠四隻一起送上,味道普通,而當然,下了黑松露做材料的野菌餃味道比潮洲粉果來得較好,也較吸引。「雞茸粟米羹」雖不特別,但味道適中,細碎的雞茸夾雜在粟米和蛋白之中,口感和味道都能令人滿意。「薑蔥花雕煀頭腩」是這午餐中自己最滿意的菜式。魚肉厚身,肉質也好,加上醬汁濃郁得來十分惹味,就連陪襯的大蔥也好味。「美極煎黑豚」的黑豚肉有嚼勁而不韌,肥瘦比例平均,以美極醬汁調味後味道也好,配以環狀的三色椒,色澤鮮豔誘人。「上湯泡菜苗」的菜苗其實只是普通的西生菜,不過浸以上湯之後吃,味道尚佳。熱辣辣,香噴噴的「蒜香雞粒蒸飯」雖然是細碗了點
