To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近申請咗一張AE信用卡,指定食肆都享有六折優惠，今天就試試八月花😍一同3人，阿姐問我飲乜茶，我話菊花茶，啊姐話好，諗諗下唔對路，😅 問下啊姐使唔使加錢，阿姐依依哦哦，又話乜叫一壺就收兩個茶芥，一個免費，講到我一頭霧水，😨之後自己睇餐牌，一壺菊花45蚊，我終於明白了，…之後叫咗個叉燒，燻鴨，龍蝦湯泡飯，椒鹽豆腐，之後阿姐又係噉叫我哋嗌個菜，但係個菜係餐牌上面冇，埋單先知原來個菜冇六折，由叫茶到叫餸，感覺好似有啲被騙，心裏有點不舒服😅…食物還可以，但相比起3，4年前，就差了很多，記得以前嚟食過一試難忘，好好食，但係今次冇噉嘅感覺，覺得普普通通，…叉燒偏咸，肉質也不嫩，不鬆軟，偏乾，通菜正正常常冇特別，椒鹽豆腐，個人覺得味道不夠，煙熏鴨肉質也不夠嫩，也沒有肉汁，還是扁皮鴨比較好吃😂😂唯一可以讚讚就係，龍蝦湯泡飯，煙煙韌韌既飯，好有趙口，龍蝦湯亦都夠味道😃，總結，下次也不會吃😂😂這個價錢選擇有很多。
