「四季芬芳」為中環蛇王芬嘅年輕副線品牌,除左保留招牌蛇羮糯米飯外,仲係傳統中菜/點心加入嶄新元素,玩味之餘,亦有驚喜。設於沙田新城市廣場,即使係閒日嘅晚市,都係坐無虛席,幾受歡迎,但等位又唔需要太耐。花膠太史蛇羮 ($99或$139連招牌生炒糯米飯): 遠近馳名嘅招牌蛇羮,與中環總店一樣,用多款活蛇炮製,非常足料,蛇肉量多,條條都夠粗,食起上黎好有質感,就算唔識蛇都食到有唔同款式嘅蛇肉,有啲爽實,有啲細膩如雞絲,非常鮮味,值得一試。古法肉骨茶湯麵 ($79): 新加坡派嘅胡椒湯,濃度適中,有胡椒香,搭配上海麵可一啖麵一啖湯咁食,唔會太濃太油膩,感覺岩岩好,味道都幾鮮甜。排骨軟腍,帶少許脂肪,幾香口,肉質細嫩唔柴,另外仲有幾多豬肚。煙燻龍井炸雞 ($179/半隻): 手機App點餐寫住每日限售四隻,我點果陣仲話最後一隻添,唔知真定假呢。但味道真係好好,本身以為係紅燒炸子雞之類嘅味道,但更加出色。炸雞皮脆肉嫩,雞肉夠滑亦有豐富肉汁。平時去飲食炸子雞食幾件就覺得膩,但經煙燻後,多左一份香氣,雞皮亦無咁油,二人輕鬆解決左成碟雞,一件不留。桃膠菊花桂花雪梨茶 ($26): 呢個配搭唔錯,雪梨茶亦
