To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天與友人黎到鍋鑼灣,行吓行吓,就見到一間傳統印尼餐廳,鋪頭外面賣著很多印尼傳統食物,有蝦片,糕點等等,很有印尼特色。於是我們便走進去食午餐。這裡的食物很抵食。有午餐套餐,又有餐飲,好抵食。飲品又好有特色,椰清,特色沙冰等,全部都好有印尼傳統特色。值得一試。蔬菜又有很多種選擇,價錢又很適中。小食也有多種選擇,有炸野,又有小食拼盤。椰青好新鮮,很清甜。桔仔冰,係印尼傳統特飲,味道清香,加了少許蜜糖。班蘭椰漿飯,好香班蘭的香味,飯粒好有口感,很好食。炸雞同其他配菜都好好食。感覺好似置身於印尼一樣。傳統印尼炒飯,很香很好食,辣得黎好有印尼風味。烤雞肉串都好好味。肉汁香濃。炒通菜,好有印尼風味。很有水準的餐廳。
