✅明爐燒鵝下莊。下莊會有脾!燒鵝嘅皮好脆同埋好薄🥳鵝肉油脂滿滿,味道甘香。不過肉質就唔係特別嫩,同埋燒鵝始終都會有少少騷味。沾的酸梅醬比平時的更濃稠,酸甜味比較適中,亦更容易包裹住曬d燒鵝。

為咗突出佢哋喺我心目中嘅排名,所以用咗多啲剔去表示!食完已經好想再食,見到隔離叫叉燒飯嘅叉燒係冇咁厚切,所以如果鍾意厚切嘅人一定要叫例牌!
