嚟茶記,最緊要多肉小菜,多汁多飯,同最緊要碗例湯。哩碗青紅蘿蔔湯清,味道適中。老乾媽係我最愛嘅辣椒油之一,見到哩個老乾媽豆卜蒸雞唔係唔叫呀嘛?雞件嫩溫無雪味,豆卜略為硬身少少。豉油味有,有少少好少辣味,仲唔知點解有梅子味,就係無老乾媽。朋友落完單話,唔記得叫佢少汁。我心諗多汁唔係幾好咩?上枱就知,因為哩度嘅汁係唔係叫都多到水浸咁。涼瓜火腩飯,係豆豉汁底嘅,唔係太鐘意佢太多芡,杰撻撻。火腩肉竟然係嫩口嗰隻,一啲都唔乾唔鞋。涼瓜半脆,如果多啲涼瓜就好了。
