To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 單憑炒滑蛋成為火紅店, 分店越開越多, 犀害! 今晚來到尖沙咀分店食EARLY DINNER, 點知晚上六點未到已見一條人龍在門外。我們唯有乘乘地排隊,大約等了10分鐘左右已經可以入內。 餐牌都好簡單, 有早餐、午餐等,另外點的碟頭飯也付送餐飲。 我點了人氣最高 $58由點餐到上枱時間不須五分鐘, 賣相和餐牌上的相片基本是一模一樣。 因為用上日本雞蛋, 蛋色和味道方面也特別濃郁,嫩滑度就中規中矩。  蝦仁爽口、牛肉就無乜味。 自家製 令整體味道提升不小,而飯的份量略小,食完一碟完全唔覺得飽。  忌廉雞扒烏冬 $58這個炒蛋明顯較嫩滑,感覺到震騰騰的滑蛋,加上鮮黃的蛋色,入口直SIR 入喉嚨,這才稱得上是名物。大大件雞扒相當入味,除了基本醃料外更加入有輕微燒酒去癖雪味。  雞皮煎至薄脆將油份迫出,用上了雞比肉,更加厚身肉質細嫩可口。烏冬也煮得剛好,口感有彈性,份量十足,好味抵食之選!
