京菜以精巧,細緻而馳名,最近到過一間位於海港城的高級京菜,可謂色香味俱全。宮殿式設計,別具氣派。先嚐主打羲和烤鴨,最愛吃是皮,香脆酥香,鴨油滿溢,炒極,帶肉的部入味,肉質緊緻細密,鴨香具層次,我偏向不夾粉皮或蘸上醬汁來吃,原汁原味更為可口。松茸素佛跳牆,單是松茸的香氣,越吃越濃,鮮味無比。義和小肉餅足有十二層,層層酥脆㚒著肉香,好巧手的廚藝! 我很愛吃它的乾煽菜式,梅菜帶甜,估不到同肉豆味道好㚒,一㸃都無寡的感覺。和牛乾煸口蘑,蘑菇和牛皆新鮮,乾煸菜式沒有過多醬汁,輕薄一層,相當惹味。青梅一字骨,選用的一字體肥瘦各半,炸過特別香,青梅醬酸甜各具,減卻了肥膩,好吃到妙不可言。美味的京菜,筆墨亦難以表達箇中滋味。
