To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2009年05月27日,19:50可能太勞累,下午作感冒,噴嚏打不停。為免過關時因發熱,被送陋離中心,便吞了顆感冒丸。到了粉嶺見狀態回勇,便電聯明天回總部的DC。大家都未開飯,便相約沙田飯聚。DC意屬這小店,兩人亦要等位。要了雞鵝雙拼和金粟浸菠菜,上菜後再加白飯兩碗。雞鵝雙拼:鵝腿皮脆肉嫩,味香濃;冰鮮切雞無驚喜。金粟浸菠菜:菠菜爽脆、清甜,配有斑片、鮮魷、蝦仁,夠清鮮。整體份量少,不抵食。伙計得把口,反應慢。題外話:合指一算和DC已認識了十多年;大家的兒女都長大了。 他很好客,經常招呼華人同事,到他家開飯、開檯。
