To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2-5-2013(四)經德國老外夫婦介紹下，教一名老外婦人吹奏單簧管，上五節速成班，以吹奏一曲作為她稍後的聚餐表演，，是日早上上了第一課，非常順利！老朋友 Alvin 為了慶祝「門外漢」的我，竟能成功首次教授單簧管且順利，他一早已致電預約，和我在 嘉麟樓 一起用膳。同酒店內的 Chesa , Felix 我曾經用過膳，而 嘉麟樓 則是首次到來；提起 嘉麟樓，相信大部分香港人和我一樣，對其每年很快便搶購一空的奶皇月餅情有獨鍾；不知道其中菜的味道又會是怎樣，今天就來大開眼戒吧！是次最想說說這裡的 叉燒 和 叉燒酥，味道真的是呱啦啦！ 叉燒 是半肥瘦上桌的，圓圓的叉燒，外皮烤得金紅油亮，狀甚吸引撩人。吃下一口，果然非同凡響。肉質異口鬆化，軟腍爽口，肥瘦適中，蜜味充足，送飯一流，很好吃！ 叉燒酥 一碟有三個，是很足料製作而成！上桌時熱燙燙的，酥皮粉質做得很細膩，拿上手便知它是很鬆脆；叉燒餡足夠、香甜且飽滿，肉質更不會是死實的，咬下一口有熱乎乎的蜜汁流出，很好吃！放下約 800 元便離開餐館，是愉快的一餐！誠意推介 --- 嘉麟樓！
