To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 炒蛋偏半滑,有蛋汁但不夠多, 多士不脆, 扣分 火腿只係一般野, 無乜好講通粉湯得微溫 (最離譜) 叉燒得個4片, 仲要樣衰衰好似人地賣唔晒d 頭頭尾尾咁 杯檸茶超澀, 飲左頭一啖後再加糖都無法再飲 同澳牛無得揮, 仲大大隻字寫住用心制造, 真係一點都睇唔出囉,係抄都要抄得高明點, 用心點 .... 本來已立死罪, 點知離開前見到有客人一杯“紅豆冰”,留返個番兜伏線
