Restaurant: PEKING GARDEN (New Town Plaza Phase I)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 北京樓算是一個不錯品牌的中菜館,不說中環有少少過份賣弄中式文化,金鐘PP、旺角moko、尖沙咀、元朗等去過的都應該同意它是一家幾骨子的餐廳。怎麼比也比得上小南國、不順色與利園。但它開到沙田就變成了屋村茶樓,亦少了份街坊人情味?入得北京樓開餐,也預左有些斯斯文文的服務,結果是打打殺殺的態度。等了半個鐘,菜還未來,只叫你等等,不願幫你查。姐姐推住架鐵車橫衝直撞,只看著她的終點,不顧傍人。上完菜把拖盤上的剩水直接潑在地毯上,我猶如4D親歷大牌檔的感覺。再好的食物也不會好吃的。生氣也是浪費時間。
