To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餃皮薄滑、帶點筋性,相比厚身的餃皮,口感並不遜色,反之帶來輕盈之美;餡料飽滿,以菜苗為主。菜苗不單爽嫩,更吸收了鮮厚的上湯和瑤柱的甜韻,釋出水潤與豐味,與剁得幼細的海鮮帶出令人喜悅的滋味!

陳皮牛肉球以金菇菜作點綴,爽中帶軟,兩者十分合拍。一咬,牛肉球相當鬆化、嫩滑和富彈性,十分討好的質感!混入蔥花後,牛香亦算不錯,唯一是陳皮未見幽香,也許與老陳皮的價格高舉不下有關,這絕對不難理解!

而老爸在細研餐牌後,竟挑選了兩款炸物,以前他怕上火,故對炸物避之則吉,如今返老還童變得重口味,作為女兒不敢反對,只要他吃得高興便足夠了!

第一道炸物是荔茸鳳尾蝦 (HK$48),外形讓我想起炸蟹鉗,而更有趣的聯想是鳳尾蝦不小心墜進蜂巢芋綱,哈哈哈!

蜂巢酥鬆,荔茸香滑,嬌小的體形剛好,不易讓人生膩,而鳳尾蝦也同樣來得細小!

海味婆參菜肉窩貼 (HK$65) 是第二款炸物,老爸稱許久沒嚐窩貼了!窩貼表面並不如預期的平滑,仿似是經滾油燙後隆起的泡泡,賣相不算吸引!

沒想到餡汁十分澎湃,一咬餡汁從側面噴射而出,失禮了,幸好沒影響到其他食客!整個窩貼的皮層均厚身兼乾硬,失去了生煎窩貼皮的可人口感!餡料帶有肉香,但海味婆參卻不太著跡!

兩父女的胃納也不大,四款點心構成六、七成飽意,加上三、四成家常閒談,構成十分歡欣的星期相聚!
