Restaurant: Lo Chiu Vietnamese Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原來佐敦有間越南餐廳經營接近50年🥹仲曾經連續獲得七年米芝蓮推介👍🏻感覺應該幾正宗,餐廳裝修簡單樸素,價錢親民,係大眾化嘅選擇🫰🏻⭐️香脆牛油雞翼超級邪惡👿炸粉唔算厚,咬落雞皮卜卜脆超好食🤤做到外脆內軟😉肉質仲係juicy ⭐️咖喱牛腩煲配法包咖喱唔辣有少少椰香味😃牛腩炆得非常入味,肉質好軟腍腍😋仲有我鍾意食嘅牛筋🫰🏻薯仔同樣炆得好入味,感覺似係煮咗成日🤣法包微微焗過外面脆脆哋,點咖喱汁食一流呀⭐️椒鹽軟殼蟹調味做得唔錯,有椒鹽味唔會太鹹,軟殼蟹數量都唔少👍🏻放咗一陣仲有微微脆⭐️斑斕椰汁紅豆冰味道正常,紅豆份量超多,比起平時紅豆冰多咗斑斕香味🤩
