個人認為香波爆波的一刻最為美麗!

而翠竹江有枇杷葉、鹹柑桔和薄荷葉,杯中滿是綠葉香草,甚有中式 Mojito 的感覺!

我們四人可說是麻煩一族,有的不吃牛、有的不吃牛羊、有的不愛辣、有旳無辣不歡、有的不愛蔬菜、有的連灼過牛肉的湯底也不能沾,那為什麼我們會選擇一起吃火鍋???我想答案是人同此心,為見識一家打咭必到的火鍋店!其實這非難解決的事情,「香江花月」的鴛鴦鍋便可解決一切問題。於是牛乳玫瑰鍋拼麻辣鍋 HK$118 便出現了!

牛乳玫瑰鍋是店內的招牌湯底之一,由日本玫瑰花加入北海道牛奶製成,湯底內有半個小木瓜,雖然兩顆牛乳玫瑰冰粒潛水去了,但未嚐已感覺到矜貴與滋潤!

大家不約而同為花月拼 HK$688 的美貎而按捺不住了,儘管如花環的特製木架盛載的是各式豬、牛、羊的生料,但也如花似錦的奪目,也許這代表五十年代的蓬㪍的香江,怎麼捨得不打咭呢!

牛是個人偏愛的火鍋必吃,可能是這樣,覺得牛的比重較多、最為豐富,其次是豬,沒記錯的話,羊好像只有羊肉片一款!

最喜歡是牛柳粒,愛辣的我將牛柳粒泡在麻辣鍋中翻滾一會,一咬質感鬆化、牛味濃郁又夠惹味的牛柳粒便出鍋,好吃!其次是爽爽的黑柏葉和牛黃喉。

火鍋,蔬菜當然不可缺,這盆花花綠綠 HK$98 能滿足我的需要!皆因蔬菜新鮮不在話下,綜合油麥菜、娃娃菜、皇帝菜、西洋菜、菜心、白菜、生菜、車厘茄、南瓜和粟米心,包羅萬有的口味,叫人心花怒放。當晚的娃娃菜意外的清甜可口,多久沒嚐這麼捧的娃娃菜了!
