太和呢個地區聽落好陌生,介乎大埔同粉嶺之間好少人提起,但其實好多高質小店都藏身喺唔同屋苑,當自己屋苑樓下剩係得嗰啲咩百分百呀意樂呀,太和居民真係令人羨慕。多謝住呢區嘅同事介紹,有位日本回流嘅師傅進駐呢區開設鐵板燒omakase,我地今日先試下佢個入門set。有別於其他鐵板燒店舖,師傅燒好食物後仲會有精緻嘅擺盤先serve俾我地,有妝點用嘅食用花,亦有將海鮮肉類味道昇華嘅醬汁,當中最驚艷嘅係燒鮑魚,除咗惹味嘅蒜蓉汁仲配咗蝶豆花海鹽泡沫,泡沫入口即刻融化,海鹽嘅味道慢慢滲入鮑魚表面,超級好食~套餐仲有沙律、虎蝦、豬扒/雞扒、炒飯同甜品,樣樣都超好食,除咗師傅火候控制得好之外,醬汁配搭亦大大加分——黑醋同柚子醬油混合嘅沙律汁、虎蝦嘅蝦頭膏醬汁、兩款肉類解膩嘅菠蘿蓉/東方汁甚至係炒飯用嘅特調醬油都睇到師傅嘅用心。另外亦值得一讚呢度嘅日本酒有啲好易入口嘅選擇,今晚叫嘅岩戶之舞特別本釀口感醇滑,唔會chok喉,加上用冰鎮滴壺慢慢滴落酒杯,打咭一流。唔係太慣飲酒嘅亦有甜口啲嘅選擇,冰鎮嘅美人梅酒就好似士多啤梨汁咁,好飲~
