這間在地庫的火鍋店設計陳舊,但就非常有港式風味,價錢也相當平民。點了椰子雞鍋$158,醉翁之意不在湯,在乎雞湯也!湯底非常清甜,相信是加了椰青,我喝完又喝,足足三大碗!裡面的雞是由生煮到熟,剛滾起就吃極鮮嫩,很好吃。醬油$15@有辣椒,麻醬,炸蒜,沙嗲,大路的都有。質素也是不俗。前菜$20一碟,那青瓜跟豆角都很普通,不是太抵吃。花雕鵝肝$108絕對要點!鵝肝香濃無筋,長期浸在花鵰中所以再煮也有非常濃郁酒香,極正!必點!三拼餃$132味道也是不錯,黑松露蟹肉餃非常香,而且蟹肉鮮味十足,很上癮。豆苗$$35很快熟的菜,在西餐廳基本上是生吃的呢!白鱔片$88份量滿多,肉質彈牙而香濃,亦沒有腥味五寶丸$82比較一般,除了梅菜豬肉餃很特別也很鬆化以外。稻庭烏冬$38必點,一散就可以起,很煙韌彈牙,麵香重,很正!總結:椰汁雞湯底,烏冬,花雕鵝肝都很推介,大家記得點!
