Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期看了食評後, 已經警告班同事死心唔好去深水埗添好運, 點都唔聽, 出事啦!服務: 一向都知唔得, 今日仲勁. 服務員阿姐擺位時, 已經態度麻麻, 仲叫我公司'大姐大"擺碗筷, 唔該都冇聲, '大姐大" 開火提醒佢服務態度, 食物: 叉燒包豬膶腸好dd, 牛肉飯/排骨飯/波菜餃/牛腸麻麻.燒賣及蝦餃只係"叮叮"貨色. 鳳爪我冇食唔知. 唔知點解佢哋到5點都飽飽滯滯??? 一句講哂.....冇下次!P.S. 同事們一定要我寫此食評, 他們非常不滿. 如果佢哋都寫埋, 喊面X4.
