Happy Friday 同事又想攪攪新意思-Lunch 食印度菜。印度菜印象都係咖哩咖哩同咖哩, 點知今日喺中環雲咸街嘅印度餐廳另我完全改觀。Octopus - 好大條嘅八爪魚蘇, 肉身煮到好滑好軟, 燒香左嘅八爪魚蘇重脆脆地。Keema Pav - 由味道香濃嘅碎肉組成。 味道麻辣鮮香,重有配上黃油麵包一齊食。Butter Chicken - 雞肉嫩滑重有少少肉汁, 加上咖哩味香濃, 用黎送飯或簿餅真係無得輸。Truffle cheese naan - 呢個印度烤餅係暫時食過最好食嘅。 烤餅又香又軟, 配上大量黑松露, 非常搶口, 加埋Butter Chicken 既咖哩汁, 真係提昇一個層次。Pistachio kulfi - 好香好滑嘅奶味, 喺悶熱天氣下, 食返個冰凍甜品, 又係繼續返工嘅時候。值得一贊係店員每道菜都會介紹同點食法, 唔錯。
