To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 超級大伏,不可一,不可再。畀咗二百幾蚊,入到餐廳坐低行咗一圈發覺,無野拎得上手番枱食,期間一直有種怪怪既感覺,原因最尾講。餐廳的火鍋區有大量既空位,只係擺咗幾款出嚟,基本都揀唔上手,菜就只有可憐既3款(如圖)。沙律吧係無嘅,海鮮區係空嘅!熱食區有幾樣選擇:咖喱雞,豬肉碎,冬陰公湯,仲有D煎餃之類既小食,大概係得咁多。飲品區只有罐裝飲品,基本的咖啡機、茶包,甚至熱水都係無!泰奶當然係無啦!要再講一次,除咗罐裝飲品外,係無其他飲料。甜品區的選擇係零呀,整個甜品區都係空既(如圖),唯一既甜品係隔離雪櫃的幾款平價雪糕雪條。除咗沙律吧、海鮮區、甜品區係空之外,連生果都係無!西瓜哈蜜瓜香蕉一件都無擺出嚟!真係佩服夠膽咁樣開餐廳,連擺幾件餅同生果出嚟扮有甜品供應都唔做。進入餐廳後,會有好逼同好嘈既奇怪感覺,發覺身邊有很多泰國的旅客,原來係一間接待旅行團既餐廳。一批團友食完又換另一批上來。終於明白餐廳點解係咁既質素。

沙律吧係無嘅,海鮮區係空嘅!
熱食區有幾樣選擇:咖喱雞,豬肉碎,冬陰公湯,仲有D煎餃之類既小食,大概係得咁多。

飲品區只有罐裝飲品,基本的咖啡機、茶包,甚至熱水都係無!泰奶當然係無啦!要再講一次,除咗罐裝飲品外,係無其他飲料。
