To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因工作需要入來東涌晚飯,可惜東薈城food court執左,唯有過對面商場搵野食。見呢間翠華都開左好多年,諗住應該唔會太差,點知一碟炒飯見真章,第一次為佢寫食評!😡😡1. 首先隻碟好污糟,以為係上手食完無洗⋯2. 飯又乾又硬又一舊舊,無調味3. 燶底,食落有苦味4. 咬到好多大粒鹽,仲有蛋殻5. 碟飯好很油,可以用碟底照鏡6. 雞粒有一陣味,明顯唔新鮮服務就更加唔洗講。咁既質素仲要收咁貴,下不為例!或者人地做慣遊客生意,唔憂做啦!

服務就更加唔洗講。
咁既質素仲要收咁貴,下不為例!

或者人地做慣遊客生意,唔憂做啦!
