To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 來這附近吃飯,想起吃卡巴,見附近也有好幾間選擇,也不去想其他的了。來這裡,純因為這裡有空調裝置,比較舒適一點﹝幫襯時天時還沒現在的凍﹞。先來飲品,是罐裝啤酒及汽水。「本格」的卡巴店,空氣中也瀰漫著一股羊羶味,就都要了羊肉卡巴。兩款吃法,先來用錫紙包著的餅皮卷。餡料包得滿滿的,除了切下來的羊肉片外,也有蕃茄、青椒、洋蔥等菜蔬,吃起來都幾豐富。羊肉應是羊腿的部份,燒得較乾身,有點是羊羶味,肉質卻不是太嫩滑,加上下的醬汁不夠多,要另加辣汁才夠味一點,加上乾乾硬硬的餅皮味道也整體來說味道也不算是很好;另一款則是配飯的,卻發現切得單吃零碎的羊肉片,原來單吃也不太差。配上的米飯雖是普通米飯而非長身的balsamic rice,但吃起來夠硬身,是個而言喜歡的口感,下了香料去煮,亦有點油份,味道也很不錯。連飲品,埋單110蚊,不算貴,但比較起其餘的兩間卡巴店,這裡是略遜一籌。
