To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次去長洲之前都做左少少功課,呢間串燒店🍢係其中bookmark左嘅一間,原來就係長洲角酪🥤隔離,仲好近碼頭⛴⚓️所以一落船就去左呢度醫醫肚先😋店舖雖然走懷舊風,仲放左好多以前嘅藝人相,但環境都好乾淨,打卡好有時代嘅味道📸🐖鹿兒島一口豚肉 $18性價比最高⬆️唔好睇佢細細粒,入口好juicy😋外脆內軟,燒得剛剛好🍜鐵漢撈丁 $25見到個名即刻想叫,果然無失望,撈丁夠彈牙,調味都超惹味,食完一啖又一啖🤭🍄雞髀菇 $12呢個超驚喜🤩$12就食到超大塊菇菇,平衡下食左咁多肉嘅飽濟感👍🏻🦪廣島蠔 $38唔好睇佢細細粒,入口依然爆汁,唔會燒得太乾而硬左🫶🏻🐄金菇肥牛卷 $22 正常發揮,不過肥牛略嫌燒得太耐🕒失左應有嘅肉汁 可以skip😿

性價比最高⬆️唔好睇佢細細粒,入口好juicy😋外脆內軟,燒得剛剛好

見到個名即刻想叫,果然無失望,撈丁夠彈牙,調味都超惹味,食完一啖又一啖🤭
